Cleaning and washing the floors of livestock halls, problems such as animal slippage due to the presence of manure and animal waste, high water consumption to ensure the daily hygiene of the halls, high costs for recharging the sand under the feet of the livestock and wasting animal manure that can be more desirable than livestock halls, include the challenges and necessities facing advanced animal husbandry units.
Farasoo Jam Pars Company is the only unit equipped with flushing system in Iran and the Middle East. The manure under the feet of dairy cattle is washed with the release of a significant volume of water and transferred to a specific place through the collection channel, where it is dehydrated. After that, the remaining fertilizer is dried and used for livestock bedding. The water from the dehydration is also used for rewashing of the livestock hall after disinfection.
